Seascape Beach Resort Aptos, Aptos

The hotel is beautifully located right next to the beach, offering a picturesque setting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though I had to deal with some unwanted ant guests. The service was incredibly friendly and caring, making my stay feel special.

The hotel has breathtakingly beautiful surroundings, especially being so close to SF and Silicon Valley. The rooms, although comfortable, had a slight issue with the key not working as expected. The service was lacking in hospitality skills, with some staff members coming off as quite curt. The location was stunning, with a lovely patio for lunches and drinks. However, the in-room entertainment was not top-notch. The dining experience, particularly at Sanderlings, was a letdown despite the food quality. Overall, the hotel offers great views and convenient transportation options but falls short on service and dining.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies, but it was disappointing to see it in a rundown condition with a broken lamp and stained carpet. The service was friendly and attentive, though the dining was not up to par. The location was almost perfect, close to SF and Silicon Valley, but in need of updating to justify the price. Overall, a decent stay with both positives and negatives.
